 Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit to Secure Your Spot
   A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your place. This secures your space and allows us to properly plan for your attendance. 

2. Balance Payment
   The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the course start date. Failure to complete final payment by this deadline may result in your spot being released and the deposit forfeited. 

3. Forfeited Deposits

   • Deposits are fully non-refundable, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation.

   • If the balance is not received 14 days prior to the course, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned.

4. Course Cancellation by Provider
   If we must cancel the course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund (including deposit) or a transfer to an alternative date—your choice.
